Step 1: Open Outlook, you should find Outlook 2003 under Programs in the Start Menu. (if the new account wizard comes up automatically, click cancel)

Step 2: From the main Outlook 2003 window select Tools->Email Accounts.
 

Step 3: Select Add-a new e-mail account from the E-mail Accounts dialog window, then click Next.


Step 4: Choose POP3 then click Next.


Step 5: Type your Name, email address (username@globalcity.net)
Type:   mail.globalcity.net in both Incoming and Outgoing Mail server
names (POP3:  mail.globalcity.net)  (SMTP:  mail.globalcity.net)
Type your user name only.  Do not include @globalcity.net.
Type your password and check Remember Password.  Please
note that user names and passwords are case sensitive, so please
enter both user name and password in the correct case (the same
way you entered them when you signed up). 

Now click on More Settings......
   

 
Step 6: Type mail.globalcity.net under the Mail account. Click on Outgoing
Server........

  
Step 7: Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and choose
use same settings as my incoming mail server.  Click OK.....
 
 

Step 8: This brings you back to this screen.  Click Next.....



Step 9: Click Finish.



Step 10: Enjoy your Email!
